These Terms of Service are effective September 22, 2026 and govern use of Smart Home Finds Deals at deals.mmds.dev, including its creator-facing TikTok connection and publishing feature. The service is independently operated under the Smart Home Finds Deals name. Questions may be sent to [email protected].

By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service or connect a TikTok account.

You must be legally able to accept these terms and meet the minimum age and account requirements of TikTok and any other service you use. You are responsible for your device, browser session, TikTok account, and activity performed through them.

TikTok connection is optional. Authorization is handled by TikTok, and the service never asks for your TikTok password. You may revoke access through TikTok account settings.

Smart Home Finds Deals provides product discovery, buying guides, affiliate links, and a tool that lets an authorized creator select an original MP4, review editable publication settings, and ask TikTok to publish it to the creator’s account.

TikTok controls account eligibility, permissions, processing, moderation, visibility, availability, and final publication. Submission does not guarantee that TikTok will publish or retain content.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Smart Home Finds Deals a limited, temporary permission to store, process, and transfer that content solely to provide the requested publishing function.

You confirm that you own or have all rights, permissions, releases, and licenses needed for the video, audio, music, images, people, brands, caption, and other material you submit. You remain responsible for the content and for selecting accurate privacy, interaction, commercial-content, and AI-generated-content disclosures.

Use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation, Branded Content Policy where applicable, intellectual-property rules, and privacy policy. These terms do not replace TikTok’s rules.

The service displays the connected creator and requires the creator to choose publication settings and expressly submit the post. Review the preview, caption, account, disclosures, and visibility before publishing. Manage or delete completed posts through TikTok.

Do not use the service unlawfully; upload content you lack rights to use; impersonate another person; mislead viewers; distribute malware; evade platform limits; interfere with security; scrape or overload the service; publish spam; or submit content that violates TikTok rules or another person’s privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property rights.

Access may be suspended or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, third parties, or legal compliance.

Product information, prices, discounts, shipping, stock, ratings, and seller terms may change. Verify all material details on the retailer’s page before purchasing. Smart Home Finds Deals is not the seller and does not process the retailer transaction.

Some outbound links are affiliate links. Smart Home Finds Deals may receive a commission from a qualifying purchase at no extra cost to the buyer.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Features may be changed, interrupted, limited, or discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, approval by TikTok, publication success, product accuracy, merchant performance, or any particular audience or commercial result.

Nothing on the site is legal, financial, safety, or professional advice. Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Home Finds Deals is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, lost profits or data, third-party conduct, retailer transactions, TikTok decisions, or unauthorized use outside its reasonable control.

You are responsible for claims and losses caused by your unlawful use, your content, your breach of these terms, or your violation of another person’s rights, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date on this page will be revised. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
